At our headquarter in Hamburg we are working on the latest generation of biometric software and hardware.

You will occupy a key position in our 5-person sales team and you will have the opportunity to conquer the Latin American market with your convincing skills and our biometric products.

Your tasks:

  • In the sales process you are responsible for acquiring new customers through to the conclusion of a contract
  • You will focus on the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships and sales cooperations in Latin America
  • In addition to actively establishing contact and making presentations, you generate and maintain customer relationships
  • Furthermore you create offers / contracts and carry out sales negotiations at the decision-making level
  • In all areas you will work closely with various departments such as marketing, project and product management, proposal and purchasing

Your skills:

  • After your engineering degree (or similar) you have gained initial experience in sales e.g. for modern IT products or infrastructure systems in the government environment or IT system house
  • You can picture products that need to be explained to people who are not technically aware, have fun convincing customers and have excellent negotiating skills
  • Customer and partner support has become routine for you, because you have demonstrably built customer relationships
  • Initiative, goal orientation, teamwork and excellent presentation and communication skills are a matter of course for you
  • You will win the decisive battle through your fluency in Spanish and English and through your willingness to travel internationally
